Joined the Panther program in 2012
after two years at the University of the Cumberlands, an NAIA
program in Williamsburg, Ky. ... Named to the Athletic Director’s
Honor Roll for the spring 2013 semester.
HIGH SCHOOL:
All-area and all-region honoree at
Southeast Whitfield High School ... All-area in track and field as
he won the region in the discus and qualified for the state meet,
where he finished seventh ... State qualifier in wrestling.

AT GEORGIA STATE:
Talented linebacker who immediately
earned a significant role as true freshman as the team’s leading
tackler ... Signed with GSU in 2012.
2012:
Earned a starting berth at the “mike” inside linebacker
and finished as the Panthers’ leading tackler with 65, along with
two forced fumbles ... Made his debut against South Carolina
State and was GSU’s second-leading tackler in the game with eight
hits, including one tackle for loss ... Season-high 10 tackles versus
UTSA ... Served as a game captain at Tennessee in his second
college game and made nine tackles ... Also had nine tackles with
two tackles for loss versus Old Dominion ... Added seven tackles
vs. New Hampshire and six at Rhode Island
HIGH SCHOOL:
First-team all-state in Class 6A by the
Alabama Sportswriters Association ... Super 12 selection by the
Dothan Eagle ... Played for coach Kevin White at Dothan High
School ... Made 112 tackles, including eight tackles for loss and
four sacks ... On offense, he ran for 669 yards and 12 touchdowns
... Chosen to play in the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star game.
